Neil O’Brian is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of Oregon. He earned his Ph.D. in Political Science from University of California, Berkeley and a B.A. from Case Western Reserve University. His research on political parties, polarization, and representation has provided him a great deal of experience with quantitative research, including archival and under-utilized public opinion research.
